Shipping Methods Update

During this difficult time, we are aware that there have been some delays in customers receiving orders. In response to this we have been looking at alternatives to the standard services provided by our current provider.
We are currently trialing several carriers through the platform Parcel2Go which we hope will provide better service for our customers going forward.
Some of the features that we will now be able to offer include a tracking number, and text/e-mail updates (depending on the carrier and service used) for most of our smaller orders.
As always, any tracking number will be found in your Order Completion e-mail, which is sent once your order has been dispatched.
Additionally, using this method of transport for your orders means that (depending on the carrier) you will be able to receive a text (if you have provided us with a mobile number )or e-mail message informing you of the estimated delivery of your parcel.
Due to costs, offering tracking numbers and delivery alerts were only originally possible for larger orders.
We feel these improvements are extremely important, especially during this time of insecurity and uncertainty and as we continue to expand as one of the premier suppliers of Christian priducts within the UK.
