Artwork and Additional Texts for Common Worship

This book is for anyone involved in preparing service sheets, newsletters and worship based on the Common Worship Lectionary.

For every week of the three-year cycle there is an original and vibrant drawing by Melody-Anne Lee illustrating an aspect of the Readings.

There are also one or more of the following, each developing and encapsulating the Sunday or Feast Day theme

• a prayer or intercession

• a poem

• a metrical, easily sung, psalm of the day

• a hymn to a well-known tune which draws together the themes of the readings

Much of the material is suitable for all-age worship.

The material in Artwork and Additional Texts for Common Worship can be photocopied and the free CD-ROM includes all the illustrations and texts, enabling perfect digital reproduction.
