Author of many books, including the bestseller Puppet on a String - her personal account of overcoming anorexia - Helena founded Kainos Trust, a charity for eating disorders, in 1994. She is currently Media and Creative Arts Executive at Nicholaston House Christian Retreat and Healing Centre.
