The story of Daniel and the Lions, writeen by Sophie Piper and beautifully illustrated by Estelle Corke. Daniel, far away from his home country, found success in his new home and worked for the king. Others hated his success and tricked the king into making a law to make everyone pray only to him. Daniel stayed true to his God, the one true God, and was punished by being thrown into the lions' den. But God took care of him, shut the lions' mouths and he was free again to work for the king.
