When single mom Marguerite Carr's son leaves for college, she feels as though her whole life has lost its focus. When a friend drags Marguerite to a drawing class - her first since college - she rediscovers her long-lost passion for painting., finds unexpected love, and most of all learns that God's unfailing love and tender forgiveness covers all - even our worst sins and our deepest, darkest secrets.

About Kate Lloyd:

KATE LLOYD lives in Seattle with her husband Dr. Noel G. Lloyd, DC. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but shortly thereafter her family moved to Seattle where she grew up among a colorful household of artists and intellectuals. After earning a BA in Art with a minor in Art History from the University of Washington and Western Washington University, Kate worked a variety of jobs, including restaurant proprietor and car salesman. When not writing, she enjoys singing, studying Italian, and beach-combing on Camano Island. She hopes to inspire readers to explore their creativity and learn about God's forgiveness.
